Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During high-demand periods (such as product launches or limited drops), processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified if delays occur.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

It may take up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

Blue Lotus Holistics is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Blue Lotus Holistics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is marked delivered but not received:

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim

We will assist where possible but cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for these cases.


Damaged Items During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged:
